Carlos is a guitarist, singer, and music educator from Barcelona, Spain.
He currently resides in Singapore.
Carlos is the co-founder and artistic director of MusicArts Productions, a Singapore-based management and production company specializing in arts management, live entertainment, and performances.
As a guitarist and vocalist, Carlos’s versatility in adapting to different music genres sets him apart. His repertoire spans flamenco, jazz standards, bossa nova, and Latin salsa. Throughout his 20-year music career, Carlos has collaborated with various international artists, touring and performing in numerous venues across Asia. His presence in the Singapore music scene extends over a decade, having appeared in regional music festivals such as the Singapore Latin Festival, Flamenco Festival, MOSAIC Music Festival, Sing Jazz, World Youth Jazz Festival (Malaysia), and Feria de Abril (Japan).
Beyond performing, Carlos is deeply involved in other facets of music, including composing and teaching. He is scheduled to release his debut album "Caminos," featuring his original compositions, in 2024.
Carlos began playing the guitar at the age of nine and studied classical guitar at the Liceu Conservatory in Barcelona. He also received vocal training alongside his guitar studies. Carlos holds a Masters in Flamencology from Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya, a Grade 8 (with Distinction) in Classical Guitar from Trinity College London, and a B.A. in Business Administration from Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona.
